Hi,
21 years ago I gave birth to a daughter. I told the doctor at the time of birth that I felt there was another baby but he refused to look. Eleven days later I hemorrhaged and another child (or parts of one) was born. The doctors and nurses were stunned but refused to talk with me about it.
Now my daughter is pregnant. They have heard two heart beats and suddenly doctors don't want to treat her. What I found out through the reach organization is that my records of her birth talk of the vanishing twin (it was a boy).... They are pretty sure it is happening to my daughter. We have just found a doctor willing to take her case and we're hoping it is not too late.
